    2. You made a giant step, when you decided to give a different link for each CD. The next one - why not for Christmas ? - will be to choose a more convenient uploader, like Embed Upload, for example !

  6. Thank you, Bayreuth, for this BIS collection and for all your previous posts.
ul.to works great for me - I don't understand why some here want you to use something "better". Perhaps their problems are caused by their location or how they access the internet?

  13. I have finally prodded myself out of my sloth-like lethargy and am taking the opportunity to say thank you for all the wonderful music you have made available. UL has posed no problems for me and even if it did, my parents taught me that one does not receive a gift and then complain about it. Signing up for a Pro account is a small amount to pay for so many high-quality downloads. So, as they say in the vernacular, "Keep on keepin' on." Your efforts are greatly appreciated even if we don't always take the time to say so.

  14. Bayreuth: I've been in holidays for the last week, and now I find this post, the Orphée post, the Decca post... and so, I MUST say:

Bayreuth, there are two genious in the music world: one is Mozart, the another is Bayreuth.

Thank you very much for every bit of this wonderful blog. Thank you, and thank you again.

  26. Firstly, huge thanks to the original ripper and Bayreuth's re-upload.

Secondly, thanks to Bayreuth for CD by CD uploading, which allow us to looking for required albums easily.

Thirdly, a little more contribuation: http://ul.to/2wg5s4oa

What I uploaded is the Sibelius Biography booklet comes with Volume 5, the only box I have had. A 55 pages booklet written by Andrew Barnett, well known Sibelius expert, who helped to initialize the current Sibelius edition for BIS. It is a short biography, with some photos, also in English, Finnish, German, French and Japanese.

I guess each of the 13 box has the same biography booklet.

A Flyer from another BIS CD is also included, it has some interesting facts about this edition.

    Hope you all enjoy it!

  27. Hello Bayreuth! Will you check and re-upload if possible Vol. 1 (Tone Poems) and Volume 2 (Chamber Music). Apparently (I tried with EZ Audio Recorder and with Total Audio Transcoder) and can not be divided into tracks ..... thanks in advanced!

  29. But equally great job!!! They are 2/5 cds of Vol.1 reporting the bug, 4/6 Vol 2. The rest is perfect!! Thank you, again.

  30. I have tested them and both of them are ok.

  31. Maybe an info for Hugo: I tried with Mediacoder... unable to divide FLAC single file into correct tracks, but if you convert it before (ape or, let's say... mp3), it works very well!

  32. Finally, I could convert in files .mp3 (tracks) discs were missing me. I had to change a few letters of the files .cue and .flac

I tried this but did not succeed. It seems the foobar2000 player does not recognize Euro characters like umlauts. Fortunately, the XBMC player does. YMMV.

The downloaded material is quite serviceable, especially since I can't afford to purchase the CDs at this time. A thank-you to Bayreuth for the Sibelius & other posts.

  35. Hugo Graf February 13, 2014 at 10:29 AM,

It was a little more complicated than that on my system, but I succeeded after some trial and error. The most important thing was knowing it could be done, so thank you!
